To shape a workpiece by an inner high pressure within a sealed profiled zone, to shape it against the profiled walls, at least one of the profile walls (22) flanking a corner zone has an inwards curvature in cross section against the direction of the pressure. The effect of the inner pressure is to press the corner zone in place for shaping. The curvature can be an arc of a circle, or a partial ellipse. The length of the corner leg is set according to the thickness of the profile wall (22) and also the angle (w) of the corner zone.
