Individual route calculation module (6) is connected to central time table module (7) with time tables of connected traffic units (21,22). Modules (11-13) acquire information regarding environment, road condition, traffic volume respectively, to calculate individual route. Users communicate through mobile telephones (1-3) with a base station (4) of management system to obtain selected route information.
