The appts. for bone compression, for dental implantation, has a spreader sleeve divided into two spreader pads (14). At least one elastic pretensioner (20) is linked to each spreader pad (14) to give an elastic tension radially to the main axis (X) of the spreader. A unit within the spreader moves the spreader pads (14) radially and parallel to the main axis (X), in a stepless and synchronized movement.
