The holder has a screw (1) to fit an implant to stabilize the spinal column, with a threaded section to screw into the vertebra (11) and a head (3) to take a hollow ball. The head (3) is cut at the upper surface area, with a toothed structure at the inner side. A link (8), with a free movement, gives a comfortable fit of a rod into the circular opening (9). An attachment at the screw can act as a screwdriver, wound spreader and a manipulator through the geometry of the head (3).
