The system has a rotating, force transferring base body (1), a gearbox and at least one generator. The base body is vertical or approximately vertical with vanes (5) mounted on it with two mutually inclined vane surfaces (6,7). At least the first vane surface narrows downwards. The vane upper end are attached to the base body by spokes (8). Stabilizing weights (9) are joined to the base body via telescopic cross-bearers (10).
