The elastic sprung disc arrangement comprises a sprung disc (2) with evenly distributed fixture points (8,10) for the two coupling halves. Between the fixture points are flexurally elastic sections (4,6) enabling the two coupling halves to move axially towards each other. The sprung disc has an outer annular part (4) and an inner equilateral triangular part (6). The sides of the triangular part of the sprung disc are joined by an inner ring (18).
