The membrane(9) of the pump is constructed as a molded part with an encircling bead(10). The bead is form-lock clamped on the edges of the membrane chamber(8) and sealed in the pump casing(1). The membrane is constructed in one piece with a connecting element(11) which plugs into the drive element(12). The connecting element is a sleeve with an encompassing inner rib which fits into an undercut in the drive element. The membrane chamber is formed by an intermediate plate(3) clamped between the cover(4) and casing lower section(2).
