Method for printing decorative paper, such as wall and ceiling linings, facilitates processing of small quantities of decorative paper with use of frequency-modulated raster in offset printing process

Printing of decorative paper using the intaglio (gravure) printing technique and also the offset printing method, has proved to be expensive and can result in poor quality, but where small quantities of decorative paper are to be printed it has been shown that the offset method can produce acceptable results and at reasonable costs. The decorative paper must be processed however with the use of a frequency-modulated (FM) raster in the offset printing process.
