The forming press has an upper tool (3) and a lower tool (4) with ejector (7) for a formed component. The ejector has a lubricant channel (10) with at least one lubricant nozzle (11), which projects into the forming chamber (2) when the ejector has advanced into the chamber. The channel is an axial or axis-parallel bore with a connected angled channel section (13). The lubricant nozzle is formed inside a nozzle chamber aperture (15) in a side surface (12) of the ejector.
