Two electromagnets (1,2) form three-pole electromagnets with a magnetic circuit of two outer legs (3,4) and a thicker middle leg (5) with a coil (6). Poles (3a,4a,5a) fit opposite a broad rotor (7) integrated in a lever (8) fastened on a rotor tube (9) swiveling on bearings around an axle (10). A torsion spring (18) in the axle connects to the rotor tube. A torsion rod generates counter-spring force on a valve spring (12) affecting a valve (11) to close it.
