Actuating devices for small keyboards and input boards of various small electronic items, such as palm-top computers and mobile phones, etc., use devices which attach to a finger of the operator and require quick and uncomplicated location on, or removal from, the finger, and now include a collar or spherical ring (12) matched to the curvature of the finger and which can be removably fixed by an adhesive bond to the finger tip and on its convex side has a pin-shaped protuberance (14) which serves as the actuating element.
