The auxiliary frame comprises an upper(2) and a lower(3) transverse member, and has a means(8) of fastening for temporary detachable connection of the upper transverse member to a section of the vehicle's body(20). The upper and lower transverse members are interconnected by connecting elements(13) in such a way that with distortion of the lower transverse member in relation to the upper member the connection between the upper transverse member and body section is raised.
