The condenser (1) has a pipe-rib block with horizontal pipes, which open into lateral collection pipes (2,3). The collection pipes are separated into chambers (7-14) by separation walls (15-20), so that the pipes have several flows and form hot gas (4), condensation (6.1,6.2,6.3) and lower cooling (5) areas. The lower cooling area is arranged between the hot gas area and the condensation area.
