A fitment mounted top and bottom on the door panel (5) interacts with a complementary fitment on the frame structure (6). A bearing axis (X) runs in the plane of the door panel and each fitment is divided in the longitudinal extension through an interspace (9) into spaced fitment parts (7, 8) to form opposite bearing faces which widen out through stepped area to form sockets on the outside of the body. The fitment parts can fit with keyed connection against a recess (10) of the door panel. A spacer is set between the bearing faces.
