The cell wheel sluice for feeding bulk material from a storage silo into a pneumatic conveyor conduit comprises a housing (1) with an inflow shaft (2) and an outflow shaft (3) in which in a cylindrical housing bore (4) a rotor (6) is rotatably located by means of a roller bearing (5). The rotor has a shaft (7), on which the roller bearing is arranged and a number of radial ribs (8), which axially via side disks (9) form closed cells (10). Both the shaft and the side disks are sealed in a gas and dust-tight manner by sealing devices (11',11) in relation to the housing.
