The device has a rotor with a magnetic core and rotating in a preselected revolution rate range, and a stator with a hollow cylindrical stator core with opposing ends and a number of electrical conductors. The stator core encloses the rotor and has grooves for the conductors, a pair of cup-shaped frame parts holding the stator and conducting bridges (211c) protruding out of the opposite stator core ends and connecting conductors in different grooves. The conducting bridges are designed to resonant outside the preselected revolution rate range of the rotor.
