Preparation of enamines, imines, indoles, diamines and polymers, used in organic synthesis, uses (in)organic acid as cocatalyst in oxidation stage of addition of amine to alkyne with homogeneous metal catalyst

In the preparation of amino-functional molecules by adding a less substituted amine to an alkyne, an (in)organic acid is used as cocatalyst in the oxidation stage, in addition to a cobalt(I), nickel(0), copper(I), zinc(II), ruthenium(0), rhodium(I), palladium(II), silver(I), osmium(0), iridium(I), platinum(II) or gold(III) compound as homogeneous catalyst. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of amines from specified products.
