The control device (10) receives a signal (T,T') from at least one temperature sensor (5a,5b) monitoring the seat temperature of the automobile passenger seat (2), together with a signal (K) representing the function of the automobile climatization device (8), for providing activation control signals (S,S1,S',S1') for the seat climatization device (3), when the automobile climatization device is in operation and the seat temperature reaches a defined threshold criterium.
