Amorphous, clear, ultraviolet (UV) light-absorbing, thermoformable oriented film with a thickness of 30-1000 mu m, which is based on a crystallizable thermoplastics material (I), contains UV absorber(s) soluble in (I) and has gas-barrier layer(s). An Independent claim is also included for the production of this film.
