摘要

Specific gas is supplied to the vessel (12) containing the filling material (36). The gas is excited by applying ultrasonic waves and the resonance oscillation frequency of gas is estimated. The resonance characteristic variation is determined, by measuring temperature and pressure of gas along with length of gas column. The resonance frequency is compared with reference frequency, to recognize the filling level of vessel. An Independent claim is also included for non-contact ultrasonic filling characteristic measuring device.
