The sunshade has a holding plate (12) with a horizontal section (12a), an upward facing section (12b) and a transition section (12c) connecting them. A feed device (16) feeds a shade element (18) of elastic, semi rigid material and a pressure roller (20) connected to the holding plate presses the shade element against the holding plate.
