Linkage coupling between rail vehicles has a fork head forming a lower bearing shell and an upper release bridge bearing shell with an intermediate clamping piece forced evenly against the pin by setting screws
The coupling linkage between two rail vehicles has a fork head as one-half of the coupling assembly. Each cheek of the fork head is shaped as a split journal bearing with an upper and a lower bearing shell (7) to hold the linkage bolt. The upper bearing shell has a release action as a bridge (8) firmly bonded to the lower bearing shell (7), with a clamping piece (9) acting on the pin (6) and with a gap (15) between the clamp and the bridge. The space (15) takes displacement setting screws (17) through threaded drillings (18) in the bridge to force the clamp (9) evenly against the pin (6).
