Chamber for perfusion of adherent cell and tissue cultures, comprising a channel (5) for perfusion under specific flow conditions, a circular base, a perforated sealing disk, and a plastic cover, is new. The disk forms a rectangular flow channel with the base and the plastic cover and the cover is held in place by a pretensioned annular fixing spring (8).
