The optical element (6) has two radially outer reflecting planar faces and is drilled out for the shaft (3) whose platform (4) mounts three adjusters (5) in direct contact with both element (6) and shaft (3). When the shaft is turned in either direction, it is the angle inclination of the reflecting faces of the elements, measured in relation to a stationary observation direction fixed relative the axis of rotation, which gives the degree of tipping of the optical element (6) in relation to the shaft rotation axis. Shaft and element should be glued to one another or soldered together or welded. Fluid is introduced between the shaft and bearing cups (1,2) via feeds (21).
