Process for reducing the flow viscosity of a polyacrylate composition uses 2 components, each consisting of a polyacrylate(s) and/or polyacrylate copolymer, and comprises treating (a), which has an average molecular weight greater than 500000 g/mole, with (b), which has an average molecular weight less than 500000 g/mole and contains ultraviolet (UV)-curable functional groups. An independent claim is also included for the production of such a polymer blend by polymerizing the monomers in the presence of (b).
