Egg cooking appliance uses radiant or convective heat while the eggs in the shell are rotated under the heater and rolled over ribs for a consistent cooking action with reduced energy consumption
Appliance has heating system (2) delivering radiant or convective heat. Eggs (1) are turned partially during cooking process by egg holder (5) and rotating ribs (4), to rotate eggs around their longitudinal axes while they move under heater. In addition, eggs are raised while rolling over ribs to prevent sticking or baking on to holder (5). After cooking time, eggs can be rotated further while heater is disconnected, for secondary cooking phase.
