Thermoplastic polycarbonate composition includes a hydroxylic mold release agent, a monomeric phosphorus compound (I) and an oligomeric phosphorus compound (II). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a shaped product made from a thermoplastic polycarbonate composition including a hydroxylic mold release agent and a special mixture of phosphorus compounds; (2) a mixture comprising 10-90 wt.% of a compound of formula (Ia) and 10-90 wt.% of a compound of formula (IIa): [Image] R1-R31-8C alkyl, 6-20C aryl or 7-12C aralkyl; m, n : 0 or 1; R4-R71-8C alkyl, 5-6C cycloalkyl, 6-10C aryl or 7-12C aralkyl; k : 1-5; l : 0 or 1; X : 6-30C aryl.
