A ball tip writing pen (2) is joined to an angle mechanism through an articulation arm (1), so that the position of pen on a surface is measured by the angles of articulation joints of angle assembly. The articulation arm has articulation axes for joining to pen on lower portion, with parallel guides, whose movement angles are restricted to 90 deg with respect to pen tip.
