An oscillation damper (3) includes a container (13) and a damping device (15). An unrolling piston (11) is fitted into the container. A U-type bellows (5) bounding a spring space (7) is coupled to the container at a position riding on the unrolling piston. The spring space and the damping device are connected in a pneumatic state via a duct (25) having a section formed by the unrolling piston.
