Rubber mixture, useful for production of pneumatic tires, tubing and drive belts, comprises at least one rubber, a silicate filler, an organopolysulfone silane, an aminosilane and an alkylsilane
A rubber mixture comprises at least one rubber, a silicate filler, an organopolysulfone silane, an aminosilane and an alkylsilane. A rubber mixture (I) comprises: (A) at least one rubber; (B) a silicate filler; (C) an organopolysulfone silane of formula (1); (D) an aminosilane of formula (2); and (E) an alkylsilane of formula (3). R1R2R3Si-R4-Sx-R4-SiR1R2R3 (1) R1R2R3Si-R4-NR5R6 (2) R1R2R3Si-R (3) R1-R3 = 1-4C alkyl or alkoxy; R4 = 1-6C alkylidene; R5,R6 = -H, -R4SiR1R2R3 or 1-6C alkyl; R7 = 1-20C alkylidene. Independent claims are included for: (i) a process for the production of the mixture (I) by addition of the silanes of formula (1)-(3) together or sequentially; (ii) molded articles prepared by vulcanization of the mixture (I).
