The system has a heat generator (10) in a control loop (11) providing heat to a heat exchanger with consumable and heating water circuits. The consumable water circuit contains tap points and a time-programmable circulation pump (23). The consumable water temperature can be pre selected. The control loop can be driven at least by the circulation pump switch-on phases and monitors the temperature of the consumable water with a temperature sensor.
