The pressing machine for granular materials has two rolls rotatably mounted in a machine frame which on both roll end sides is constructed as a swinging frame with a lower pivot point(16) lying perpendicularly to the axes of the rolls so that after swinging away of the frame both rolls together with their support pedestals(12,13) can be freely withdrawn upwards from the machine frame. The swinging frames each have two vertically disposed sections, the lower and upper ends of which are interconnected by a tension rod(19,20).
