The lifting mounting(1) is constructed in one piece and formed as a cast part. The flange(2) for retention of the mounting on a lifting device is formed from two spaced apart vertical legs(2a,2b), each having a bearing journal(10,10b) to accommodate a guide roller. The front plate(3) of the mounting is formed as an upper and a lower horizontal profile(4a,4b), with slots(5) formed in the region of the upper profile to accept load support elements. An Independent claim is included for a procedure for the manufacture of a lifting mounting in which the mounting is produced by casting.
