The socket (14) has relatively large transitional radii between its connection section and a longitudinal channel (13) on one side, and connection section and nozzle holder section (17), with the first one being larger than the second one. The channel system is constructed integrally with an intake housing, which is connected to the cylinder head (3) of the IC engine (1).
