A heat pump for the heating of heating water and service water has in the coolant circuit a first liquefier located for the heating of a service water reservoir and a second liquefier for the heating of the heating water. The two liquefiers (6,7) are connected in parallel in the coolant circuit and by means of a valve device (4,5), the first liquefier or the second liquefier can be switched on so that it is flowed through by the coolant. The first liquefier stands in direct contact with the service water reservoir without an additional heat transmission circuit. The first liquefier surrounds the service water reservoir.
