The resources for air interface (30) are allocated in transmitter under certain configuration of transmitter (1) for initial connection set-up by controller (31). The ID label message of controller is transmitted to transmitter for further connection set-up for requesting resource occupancy and configuration of transmitter, for received memory allocation and for further connection set-up. An Independent claim is also included for device for additional connection set-up for data transmission in mobile telecommunication system.
