The device (1) has a hydraulic fluid in a working chamber (2) of a cylinder (5), whose volume is periodically varied between two extreme values by a piston (6) operated by a drive spindle (7) fixed to a drive motor (3). The device also has a connection (4) for connecting lines (10) to a ventricle formed as a membrane pump. The stroke length of the piston between two end points can be adjusted, by sliding the working spindle on a slide (8).
