An automotive clutch has two clutch linings (12, 14) and a hub (16) fixed to a shaft (16). The linings (12, 14) rest on supports (20, 48) and are linked to the hub (16). The supports (20, 48) consist of a first element (20) linked to the hub (16) and securing one (12) of the linings (12, 14). The second support (48) is fixed to the second lining (14) which is fixed with respect to the first support (20) but with respect to which is moves on a rotational axis (A).
