The sealing device for fluid substances includes a sealing cap(100) with means to attach it to the neck of the bottle, and a top(200) connected to the sealing cap by a hinge(400). A design break point(380) is provided between the top and source of origin sealing element(320) and is located at least partially at a distance below the lower edge of the top's generated surface. The source of origin sealing element is retained immovable on the sealing cap, but is movable after destruction of the design break point.
