An axially movable and rotatable collar (64) is arranged between the outer sleeve (59) and the chuck body (14). A rotatable and axially movable nut (12) fixes the sleeve to the chuck body. The rear of the chuck body forms an threaded bore (24) that couples the drive shaft of a power driver housing (25). The collar can be rotated to a position that fixes the chuck body to the housing. The collar can be turned or axially moved with the outer sleeve to another position which can be rotated relative to the power driver housing.
