Conductive materials are spaced from each other to attenuate the field strength of the higher one of the horizontal (1-2) and vertical (1-1) polarized wave components of an electromagnetic wave interference (EMI), so that the horizontal and vertical polarized wave components will have a nearly identical field strength that will enhance light transmission. An Independent claim is also included for a display device.
