The substrate carries a lever support assembly (15) with set, upwardly projecting height, terminating in a ridge. The long plate (18) rests with its center on the ridge, and rocks, held by a retainer providing restoration forces (19). Attractive forces drive the plate to rock. Moving contacts (16A, 16B) on opposite ends of the plate, make or break connection with the fixed contacts (13A, 13B, 14A, 14B) fixed to the substrate.
