End anchorages (1) installed in drilled channels reaching up to the bearing level are joined by a tie rod used to apply pre-tension. Receivers are fitted to the anchorages as fixed to the building component to take the tie rod. The receivers and rod together form a hinge joint, thus enabling pre-tension to be applied. In detail, moldings (2) are fitted to the grouted anchorages and joined by the tie rods to their counterparts (3) to complete the accommodating joint.
