The arrangement comprises a conductor (2), through which a fluid to be measured streams, and measuring sections (3), which are arranged in a predetermined distance in longitudinal direction of the conductor. A through-flow quantity is determined from a flow speed of the fluid which is determined from different transmission times for alternating transmissions of ultrasonic waves between the measuring sections. The measuring sections include respectively a mounting element (4) for measuring converters with an arched deepening (6), in which a part of the conductor is inserted, and a piezo-electric measuring converter (5) which is fastened at the mounting element. The conductor and the arched deepening are joined densely with adhesive (7). An Independent claim is provided for a manufacturing method of a corresponding measuring arrangement.
