Half-tone procedure with one to one relationship between each source pixel of input image and corresponding tone output

Procedure retains specific relationships between halftone pattern and phase and resolution of input image. Halftone image pattern is designed so it does not influence tone reproduction w.r.t location of input image pixel. Same weighting is given to each input pixel when filtering by half tone procedure. Procedure involves creating scaled set of matrix values, creating scaled set of target pixels dependent on fixed halftone relations of source pixel and of each value of scaled set of matrix values. Each target pixel value is dependent on relationship of value of source pixels and of corresponding matrix value. The procedure is repeated for each source pixel using scaled set of matrix values and order of scaled set of matrix values, to create fixed half-tone pattern having desired repetition pattern.
