The chamber has a closeable inlet(8) through which a gas is fed for cooling the pump. Preferred Features: The inlet(8) connects the chamber(19) to the external atmosphere and remains open when air is exchanged. The chamber size allows the air coolant to flow around the spinning pump(2).
