Model base plate for set of teeth has groove, profiled bar, base bar, ridge and ejector pins

A gypsum dental model base-plate (1) has a U-shaped groove the sides of which have a pure tooth profile and which consists of a plastic profiled bar (3) molded into the gypsum. The outer and inner wall of the groove have separate profiled bars which rest on a base-bar (8). The profiled bars have a ridge (10) partly embedded in the gypsum. The base strip has at least three ejector pins (9) penetrating the gypsm on the underside of the model base plate.
