A method for laying a railway track has each track section laid complete with attached sleepers by suspending the track section under an alignment frame supported each side of the track bed. Each sleeper/rail connection is supported by an adjustable bracket slung under the alignment frame. The track can be adjusted in all three coordinates and is secured in the selected position by pouring the track bed onto the roadbed platform. No further alignment is required.
