A plastic made base material (42) is integrally molded with hook rows and stoppers (44). Each hook row contains number of spaced hooks (43) extending along width direction of the base material. The stoppers are made to extend outwardly from the base material and located above the top row and below the bottom row of the hooks to protect the hooks from damage.
