Device for decision making or thought weighing comprises a medium such as paper (20) on which diagrams can be shown. Shown on the sheet are idea cell (21), participant module (22) containing names of people attending a meeting, and a thought module (23) in which a large number of ideas can be recorded. The right side of the sheet contains selection modules (24-26) rated from good to best. Independent claims are made for alternate decision making devices both paper based and computer based.
